All services are provided within the scope of lean operations consulting and continuous improvement facilitation, tailored to Australian manufacturing businesses.

2. Use of Anonymised Information for Promotional and Educational Purposes

Accessible Lean Consulting may use non-confidential and anonymised information obtained during the course of our engagement including general project outcomes, improvement strategies, implementation lessons, and non-identifiable results for the purposes of:

• Workshops and educational content

• Marketing and promotional material

• All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

• Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee or result in forfeiture.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Cancellations for group training require 5 business days’ notice.

6. No Returns / Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Unsatisfactory results due to lack of implementation

• Missed appointments

• Digital resource purchases

If a service is not delivered as promised or is defective, we will offer a replacement session or suitable remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage

• Business interruption, lost profits, or reputational damage

• Outcomes dependent on the client’s failure to implement strategies provided

All advice and materials are offered in good faith, based on lean principles, and tailored to your context. However, results cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond our control.

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use or reference third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, analytics tools, booking systems). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of these external services.
