Cancellation Policy
At Accessible Lean Consulting, we understand that schedules can change. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are handled for all booked consultations, training sessions, and workshops. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. Minimum Notice Required - Consultations
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed session.
Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice:
No fee will apply. You may rebook your session at a mutually convenient time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply, or the session may be forfeited entirely at our discretion.
Reschedules requested less than 24 hours before the session:
May be granted once as a courtesy, subject to availability, but not guaranteed.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your booked session and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance:
You will be considered a no-show.
The session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in the event of repeated no-shows.
3. Emergencies and Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency prevents you from attending or cancelling in time, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will assess these cases individually and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
4. Group Training & Workshops
For team training sessions, group workshops, or on-site facilitation:
Cancellations made more than 2 business days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 1 business days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please notify us by email or phone:
Include your name, business name, and the session date/time.
We'll confirm the cancellation or reschedule within one business day.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
