Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 5 business days.

• Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

• Because we rely on 3rd party supplies some dates may fall outside this range.

Shipping Costs

• Flat rate shipping: $9.95 within Australia

• We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Click & Collect / Local Pickup is not available.

Issues with Shipping

If your item arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@accessibleleanconsulting.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products or services, including:

• Digital downloads (e.g., reports, templates, training materials)

• Online or in-person consulting sessions

• Booked training or strategy workshops

Due to the nature of our services and immediate delivery of value, all sales are final.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision, or no longer require the service.

Your Consumer Rights

We comply with all obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation only if a service:

• Is not delivered as described, or

• Has a major fault that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.

Please note that dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, lack of results where advice was not implemented, or non-attendance at a booked session does not constitute a major failure.
